Englischer Patentanwalt und Mitglied der Institution of Civil Engineers.

Wie schon sein Vater James Poole besetzte Moses Poole auch das Amt des Clerk of Inventions im Patent Bill Office.

Während seiner Aufenthalte in London und der Besichtigung der Weltausstellung besuchte Johann Conrad Fischer Moses Poole mehrere Male in seinem Patentbüro.
