In China domiziliertes Joint Venture der chinesischen Lingyun Group mit Georg Fischer, an dem Lingyun und GF jeweils mit fünfzig Prozent der Aktien beteiligt sind. Chinaust ist spezialisiert auf Rohrleitungen für den Autobau sowie auf Versorgungsleitungen.

The foreign shareholder is Swiss George Fischer, with a history of more than 200 years. Both Chinese and foreign party holds 50% of the shares.
