Masseinheit des Druckes.
Eine Atmosphäre entspricht dem mittleren Luftdruck auf Meereshöhe, also ungefähr 100 Kilopascal oder 1 Bar.

One atmosphere is equivalent to the average air pressure at sea level, i.e. approximately 100 kilopascal (kPa) or 1 bar.
